Modified Atmosphere Packaging is used more and more frequently. Roots trays have no limiting characteristics, as they are a natural product. However, they can be used in combination with the latest machines (i.e. the ATMO pack), in order to create MAP packaging. At the moment,this development is still in a testing phase.
